For years we had been seeing parts of our campus slightly sinking into we got Aaron ****and Matt ****with AFS to come out and got our issues. We had the AquaStop Crawlspace, Drainage, Air System, IntelliJack, and a service plan along with a protection package, installed on our son’s property by Alpha Foundations. Thank you for a great job. Nick and crew did a thorough and effective job killing the mold (that was killing us)... and encapsulating our crawl space. I have been puzzled by the many methods of craw space ventilation I have encountered in the swampy areas around the southern NC river bottoms... I went with Tarheel Basement Systems because their approach to our crawl space problems seemed to make sense. So far, so good. Thanks for a good solution. You have changed our toxic home environment into a healthy one

My installer team exceeded my expectations totally! They were personable and explained the work every step of the way. My foreman was Brian *, co-foreman Torian **and installer Andre *. The work was done ver professionally and when they were done the showed me everything and explained how to care for the crawlspace. I can’t say enough about the time they took. I hate computers but I took the time to figure it out because it was that important to me to share how wonderful they were.

We live in Hilton Head and hired Mount Valley to stabilize our foundation after noticing some settlement. Everyone we worked with was courteous, responsive, and timely. The field crew of Will, Joe, and Brady did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations throughout. Too many contractors these days fail to meet basic expectations, but not Mount Valley, they are great!!! Fair pricing, too!!

The crew from Innovative Basement Authority that injected poly to lift our garage floor did a great job. Isaiah *******, Taylor *********and Mike ********adjusted to changing weather conditions to complete the project in a timely manner with quality results. They even exceeded expectations by helping us out with an adjacent issue. I wholeheartedly recommend this team and service.

On 10/2/23 Andy ******** and Rubin ********came to replace a beam and do some other structural work under my house. They were very professional, polite and were able to complete the job as written on their work order and finished on the next day. They were hard working, kept me informed as they progressed on the work and did a complete walk through of what they had done with pictures. I was completely satisfied with their work.
