I live in Florida, no basements here. I had water encroachment in my home and representative came out and convinced me I needed to support my home on one side with titanium pillars and drill through the concrete for foam installation to support it. Bid on a job to lift concrete, sealing cracks and replace carport post. Gave bid to complete all 3. Came for 1st part of lifting and start of grinding cracks. Came next day for post and then was told they would not be able to do. Was only gonna be able to do lift and seal. Since they had already started the lift and seal we were stuck having them finish. The guys that did the work on our foundation were hard working. The house leveled and repairs were made but the one room they had to rip up and remove the floor was not done to our satisfaction. The plywood they put back is about 2" short of the baseboards so we have to step down into the room. Groundworks came and said it looked good and they told us we could always lower the baseboards. Our understanding was when they were finished with job all we had to do was put our choice of flooring. We can't do that with a 2" deficit... read more

The worst experience of my t life, run far away from their services. Nothing is as done according to specs or plans, their own employees said it wasn’t right. Then their manager finally came out after 3 weeks, and instead of moving jacks and correcting, when I left said I would check back in a few hours. My contractor said they got in their truck and left. My basement walls were leaning bad over 3.5” , Talked to Kenny *from **** ******** ********* about a repair method ! The repair method I chose was dig and push , Kyle *, Derek *, and Dee * was the work crew that showed up . All worked very well together as a team , and as they finished each wall , they had me review it to make sure I was happy ! Communication was very good throughout the entire job ! I had *** come out and take a look at my house. Jacob * showed up on time and confirmed with me the day before our appointment time. He came up with a solution to my water problem that I felt comfortable with. I got the project financed through ***and the process was really easy. The crew was on time and did a great job of making sure I understood the installation process. They taped off and tarped my area and kept the dust to a minimum. I had a water proofing system put in my basement 2010. The system was a britewall system. It had a pump and a backup pump. The man pump had to be replaced after 6 years (warranty expired) and in 2020 I had to replace the battery (warranty expired). I have the system serviced every year with no problems. I know that sometimes there is a maintenance issue that needs to be done. However, a float switch went out on the main pump in July of this year (2023). The pump was working just fine. This salesman had no clue what our problem was or how to fix it.
