We had a crawlspace sealed and sump pump installed. Our sales rep was good but the installation crew left a lot to be desired especially for the install price. They wanted to clean up early and so they pulled the drop cloth up early and ruined our carpets with mud. They also had to take off the mounting brackets that secured our sewer stack but didn't resecure it. We contracted a company to fix a Foundation and a leaking basement. We spent close to ******now a 1 1/2 later the water keeps coming in. I have contacted ******** ******, and they came to check it out 2 weeks later. Daniel said they didn't slope the drainage properly, so they have to move the sump pump. Here we are a month later, rain has been bad, and the basement has gotten a good amount of water. When I called to follow up, daniel said they have lost my papers. Are you kidding me!!

LIES LIES they told LIES, their Company Representative Ethan *****came to our home and said YES we can fix this and gave us a quote. While he was at our home he did an inspection and made some suggestions (we didnt ask for the inspection but he insisted), all items were not necessary, but we agreed we felt if they were going to be here why not home maintenance etc. Ethan *****told us he would be here to supervise on the day, he was NOT and the men doing the work could not get in contact with him, should have been our first r... read more

Terrible customer service experience with the foundation recovery systems branch in Ankeny, Iowa. We had both interior and exterior done. The interior water proofing crew filled our entire house with concrete dust. We complained to the office manager, only to have a supervisor show up to tell my wife it is our responsibility to mitigate their dust. They refused to pay to have the house cleaned. Our experience with Tar Heel Basement System 9/2022~****** later and six months later after their repairs, we did a flooring project next to their work in our master bathroom. Salesman came to my home to bid a job to lift and level a sinking garage floor and lift and level a concrete slab leading to our front porch using poly foam. Lucky for me, I did get a second bid which was *****cheaper. As it turned out the difference in price was for stuff I did not need. The contract they provided stated a product to be used, the units used, and a total price. Very professional, communicative company from the office personnel to the work staff. Did the job as described. Workers Miles, Terrance, and Duncan were promptly on scheduled time. Polite. Willing to discuss concerns all along sub pump installation. Cleaned up all areas when job was done. April 28, one of the inspectors came to my home and showed me all this information and he came up with **********I was believing all of this. I gave him a check in the amount of $*******. I had until May 3, 2023 to cancel this. I called May 1, 2023 to cancel this and he tried to strong arm me. I was informed that I needed to sign and send the documents back.
