Great service from my initial, appointment taking phone call through the final handshake. Found Aqua from a Google search when my home A/C stopped working. Lee came to the house from another job clean and with his uniform shirt tucked! There's something you don't see much of today. Yes he was wearing his PPE! I am very pleased with this company. I appreciate their promptness in providing an estimate then performing the work as scheduled. As usual, Aqua’s team did a suburb job. Edgar called and showed up on time, after coordinating with the home office. He was very kind, pleasant, personable and professional. Our technician was great and very knowledgeable. But after finding the cost to repair something simple that took a total of 10 minutes to replace over priced I called 2 other places to get a quote and it seems that I paid more than double for this repair. Unfortunately I will never use this company again. AQUAS price was very unreasonable.

the tech and his assistant did a fine job in providing an estimate. the concern is that aqua's rates resulted in an estimate that's unreasonably more than i can justify for the job.
