I sought service by going on line on their website. I got a prompt call about the visit-timing and date. Follow up text came as well. Prior to arrival of the crew, I got a text with photo of their ******* which helped me identify him on arrival. **** came, performed the job in a professional manner-replacing 2 sump pumps.

We called Aqua Plumbing who had great reviews on ********** and had no bad BBB reports. We got a quote of $85 to come out and look. (I was charged $95.00 but called them later and they refunded me.)The guy was friendly and courteous and quoted $200-1,000 to replace the fan motor and also said it would be difficult to get a motor and we may have to wait eight weeks because of the pandemic and availability. On 4/19/2021 a representative from **** Plumbing, **** ***********, installed a kitchen garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet made by *********. He presented me with an invoice totaling $ 1,541.58 which I charged on my credit card. This includes $751.55 for the disposal and $ 980.56 for the faucet. These two charges were reduced by 11% for senior discount. I later investigated the pricing by searching the internet and discovered that I was vastly overcharged by **** Plumbing. You did not have to have us complete any work. You could have told us you did not want the service and we would have gladly left your home. We were having difficulties with an upstairs toilet that, mostly would not flush. Aqua Plumbing was able to deploy a rodding tool that seem to clear out that pipes and open them so that the toilet would flush with 60% efficiency - sometimes the bowl would clear and other times the water would not totally expell from the bowl. The next day, again, the toilet was back to the state when sometimes the toilet could completely expell all of the water, and the contents of the bowl, and at other times the water level would drop but ... read more
Aqua Plumbing and Lee are life savers. When our basement radiant heat was destroyed by a waterproofing company, Aqua stepped in and Lee worked tirelessly for 3 days to get our heat back on and get our pipes repaired. Will recommend them to everyone and will regularly use them for future issues.
