Called after hours for a kitchen drain clog. Call center contact was fantastic with his call back and scheduling. Technician was prompt, professional and after having some difficulties brought in his boss. The both of them worked for almost 4 hours to resolve the issue finishing up around midnight. I was amazed at there patience and fortitude to complete what they had promised. Aqua is on time professional and the staff Luke and his assoc were great. He explained everything and let me chose whether to purchase my own toilet or theirs, I chose to buy my own and they applied their trip fee to my total cost which is very useful. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

For a routine furnace tuneup/cleaning ....The 2 technicians were very nice and polite but left a horrible bleach smell in my house even a day later. I don't understand why they would use bleach in their tuneup of my furnace that is only 3 years old? When I called the office, they couldn't tell me why. I would not use Aqua Plumbing again.

I have used Aqua plumbing several times for a building in Park Ridge,Il. Each call is met with an almost immediate call back and discussion about setting an appointment. My immediate needs were were handled quickly and routine work was timely. They are always polite and professional both on the phone and in person. I have been very pleased with their service.

From start to finish...excellent service! Found them on HomeAdvisor and took a leap of faith. I was not disappointed. Received a call within minutes, technician out the next day. New hot water heaters installed at earliest convenience. Luke and his support team were fabulous. I was very surprised at their level of care for my home. Covered carpeted basement stairs and floor in plastic. Top notch service. Room where the hot water heater is located is cleaner now than before they came. I could go on and on! Highly recommend.

Third plumbing company to try to fix a leak, first to correctly diagnose and succeed in fixing the problem. Aqua may not be the cheapest, but they are worth paying more - the quality of work is excellent and the customer service is top notch.
