I LOVE my new spa from Aqua Living. Danielle was a huge help with finding exactly what we needed. My husband has been in it every day since we got it 2 months ago because it cures all his aches and pains.
Granted I had to wait longer then estimated the hot tub was finally delivered. We had to get it from the truck company in Helena. Then figured out how to unload it ourselves at our house. Hence the four star. I ordered the hot tub in May. Expected delivery was for August. It did not arrive until October of the same year. Know this because after I found out the sales person only knows what the Warehouse tells him or her. I would have appreciated more updates. I did not like having to reach out to my sales person. This company is a joke, I ordered a tub 6 months ago still don't have it and know one there cam give me delivery date and when you call they put you in someone"s voice mail This company is a JOKE, STAY AWAY from them
Refused the tub cause of damages and everything was missing that comes with it. Lots of chips and damage cosmetically. The driver would not reload it and left. This company wont help. it didnt work when plugged in. I paid a friend electrician to check it out. The electric box was wet inside and the fuse popped out. He said it looks as it was used or a return. They said no it was not but offered me to return it and they would send another after I contacted the BBB. I am retired disabled on a fixed income. DOUBLE THAT ONE STAR
Wow. I purchased a piece of crap that keeps flipping the GFCI. we had electrician check it out. he said we bought a piece of crap. not even owned it one year. thanks Richard Moody. thanks for the filters in exchange for a five star review. I guess I learned my lesson on buying from Aqua living. they fool you into a five star review for filters that are supposed to be on a shortage. Then they avoid you. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY AQUA LIVING
If you want poor quality, terrible energy efficiency and zero customer service aqua living is the hot tub manufacturer for you. The VP reached out to me for 'customer care' and did nothing. After months of zero communication, I reached out and sent pictures of my tub with no insulation in numerous spots and depths as little as 1". The VP told me there should be 6". The sales person was terrible and failed to mention several things. We started paying for the hot tub way before we received it and every time we would try to get in touch with the salesperson and or the business we were either not contacted back or just comply ignored. Now that we have the hot tub and tried to pay for it in full we were given three different amounts and never received an official pay off request as asked for.
