Poor Customer service and ripped me off for parts they said fit my tub. I ordered parts according to their Tech. He sent me to Energy Saver website. I ordered the part and its the wrong part. So I repeated tried to get a RMA number to return the parts. I was given the Covad excuse, everyone working from home, and guy responsible had a Heart Attack. I placed an order for a spa in June. I have reached out on numerous occasions with poor response. They were happy to take my 3500 deposit and provided virtually no communication for 6 months. The excuses abound.....covid, working 24/7, supply chain issues. STAY AWAY. The problems with this company are not worth the hassles.
Ordered a Catalina Spa at the end of June 2020. Paying on the spa since August. Have inquired several times with a generic response "We are waiting on pumps that come from Japan". Now, no response from Aqua Living and its now December 2020.
Order was placed with a sales rep in February before Covid. I was told 6-8 weeks. It is now November and I still do not have my hot tub. But the finance department is great sending a monthly bill.
I was looking at purchasing a Aqua Living Spa but had concerns about the multiple bad reviews and even unanswered BBB complaints that I found online so I wrote the CEO of LPI which is the manufacturer. This was our first hot tub purchase from the Lima, Ohio store. We purchased during the pandemic. They were prompt at and the process was very quick. We chose back yard delivery. Todd the installer was GREAT. He was quick and efficent with his job. Our experience was a positive one.
never received the tube after paying for it. we were told one thing and it never happened be aware of these thief's . recommend go to your spa store.
I ordered on line from the Austin store. I did not get my product when promised. The sales person Austen Heath gave the worst customer service I have ever received. He promised a refund, lied & erased all the text & email between us. I have no tub & an out $2671.00. This place is a fraud!!!!!!!!!
As with many other reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. The spa hasn't been working correctly since a month after we bought it. Very hard to get in touch with anyone at LPI, their supposed warranty company. Once the spa leaves their facility they throw up their hands and point you to this overwhelmed company that can't keep up with the repairs. Do yourself a favor, go with a local company who will stand behind their spas.
