The spa worked for 4 days. We've been waiting for almost 2 months to get parts and a technician out to fix it. Customer service is the worst!

I purchase a hot tube on June 7, 2022. It was delivered a month later however the lifter which raises the cover and a handrail were not delivered. I called my salesman Buddy many times but his phone was filled and I could not leave a message. After that I spoke with Richard . I ordered say the tub ready in six weeks it was yeah! I haven't had any issues not resolvable. We are pleased. the hot tub is working perfectly. called a electrician and they connect the hot tub. Some accessories didn't arrive they are in the making.
1 Star is extremely too good for them! I have had my hot tub 6 months and it ONLY worked maybe 2 months. I have been on phone with LPI too fix and they continue to give me the Run around. Meanwhile i begged for a manager or General Manager too call and Its been weeks no call...Next I will start legal proceedings...10 grand for a piece of shytt.....Beware!
I would leave zero stars if I could do that. My husband and I ordered this hot tub three months ago. I specifically asked if it would be hooked up and running at the time of delivery. I was assured that yes, it would be set up, hooked to electricity and running at the time of delivery. I bought a Plug and Power 41 Spa from Gerry in the Schaumburg, IL location. Gerry was extremely helpful and everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery. Since I bought it, Gerry has retired and Joe is my new contact/owner. I cannot stress how supportive Joe has been! I am a first time hot tub owner and struggled with the chemical process /upkeep.
