My experience with this company could fill a book. There is so much I want to say, but the ONE thing that stands out above all is a complete and total LACK OF INTEGRITY. From the sales people, to management, to the repair department, this company has ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY. I have never been lied to so often by so many people in my life. We purchased our hot tub from Gary at Aqua Living in Warren, MI. He was professional, friendly and honest the entire time. Not once did I feel pressure to make a purchase or decision before I was ready. We looked at many other stores and Gary was the only one who didn't rush me. I loved that he had a lock box which allowed my family and I to look at hot tubs after hours when it was convenient for us. Gary was quick to respond to texts as well. Happy New Year When we started looking for hot tubs we had no idea what we were looking for or anything about it. We did our research and Aqua Living seemed like a great place to end up. Danielle at the Johnson City store was outstanding in answering all our questions both in the logistics of owning a hot tub to the upkeep of them. Don't order from this company, look at all the reviews,,,ditto on ALL the comments they wrote!!!!! I'm still waiting for a service technician to come out and repair the hot Tub, delivered BROKEN!!!!! i wish I could get my money back and buy LOCAL!!!! Iam sure i would of received better service

We took delivery of our spa 2 weeks ago and are very happy with the product and the service. Mike at Aqua Living Stores Melbourne was great. He gave us an accurate delivery time, worked with us on the delivery, and helped with a couple of post delivery service items.

Super poor customer service. 15 months to produce it. Then 2 to 3 weeks to deliver 1 hour unless I "come get it myself". Not a single call from them in the 15 months.

DO NOT BUY FROM AQUA LIVING or LPI, Inc. Worst customer experience of my life. Waited 6 months, received a hot tub with a hole in the side. Tried to get help from my sales person but he clearly had already collected the commission check and didn't care; was a smartass about the entire issue and acted as though it was my problem to figure out not his. So I had my hot tub delivered on Saturday, I came with broken panels, no steps that I ordered, no lift assist for the cover I ordered, the control panel is wore out, and the blue tooth won't work, I called the dealer Gary from Warren MI, he at very best didn't give a shit, very disappointed, then the delivery ppl didn't explain anything about the hot tub, here you go , best of luck, I guess 750 for delivery doesn't get u any sort of customer service, the whole experience sucked from start to finish, don't buy from this pla... read more
