As with many other reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. The spa hasn't been working correctly since a month after we bought it. Very hard to get in touch with anyone at LPI, their supposed warranty company. Once the spa leaves their facility they throw up their hands and point you to this overwhelmed company that can't keep up with the repairs. Do yourself a favor, go with a local company who will stand behind their spas.
We purchased a hot tub in October, 2019 with the understanding it would be delivered once our home was complete. At the time of purchase we were assured that the hot tub would be built and delivered to the Utah outlet, and ready for installation when the home was complete. We have been actively attempting to get the hot tub delivered since at least early February. It is now mid-may. Purchasing a spa from this company was single handily one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. They have no customer service, no one returns phone calls or emails and they have a hidden no return policy should you need to cancel an order. If they do agree to take the spa back prior to delivery they will take a 25% restocking fee and charge you $500.00 for shipping. I’m my case that would have meant sacrificing over $1000.00. Worst experience EVER. Was given the wrong information from their sales person regarding permits and then was told it was my fault that I didn't check on my own when she is supposedly the one that knew the information. They have been so rude, non-responsive and now they are trying to charge us a restocking fee when they are the ones that made the error. DO NOT EVER buy a spa or anything from them. Its fraud! Their financing department is also the rudest incompetent people I have ever dealt with.
