Rob, Nicole, and the staff at the Palatine location are amazing! They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even though we bought our swim spa from American Sale we always go to Rob and Nicole for our water needs! Thank you guys for being awesome and helping us keep our swim spa pristine!
3 weeks ago had my hot tub (that I bought 1.5 years ago) drained, "cleaned" and refilled. After paying the $300 for them to do that, I was told to bring in the water for them to test to tell me the amount of chemicals to add (did not know I needed to this when I paid for the service). Just got back from their store for the 3rd time in 3 weeks as they continue to test. My water has been dirty since they did (woman even asked, did you clean the pipes when you did the drain and refill, I was like YOU did it) and has been after ... read more
