3 weeks ago had my hot tub (that I bought 1.5 years ago) drained, "cleaned" and refilled. After paying the $300 for them to do that, I was told to bring in the water for them to test to tell me the amount of chemicals to add (did not know I needed to this when I paid for the service). Just got back from their store for the 3rd time in 3 weeks as they continue to test. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
This is our second year with our pool, have been going to Arvidson in Palatine throughout. The staff is amazingly helpful and patient. Our pool is clear as a bell. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
So kind & helpful!!! They make pool/hot tub maintenance manageable and not overwhelming!
