I found them to be crooks. Totally dishonest. You agree to quarterly treatments but after 6 months or so they start coming every other month, charging your an extra couple hundred dollars a year. Its not just me, several others are experiencing it in the ****** area as well.

DO NOT SIGN-UP with Aptive. The sale representative does not disclose the company's policy regarding cancelation when they engage with you on a sale. Aptive charges $199.00 after 3 day grace ****** if you do not cancel. Furthermore, if the representative did not share with you the contract you are signing is for 18 months. Therefore, if you attempt to cancel at anytime you are on the hook for $199.00 in a cancelation fee.
