The representative rang the doorbell in the middle of the day. Upon opening the door he began talking as if I had already accepted service and was a paying customer. Upon telling him I did not want treatment he asked several times why, was it the price, the service? I told him I just did not want to pay for another service. He stated that I had just wasted his time and left. RUDE! Horrible door to door service that is pushy, disrespectful, and rude!
**************, *************************, did an excellent job. We just moved from another state, and this was only our second treatment and we have already noticed a substantial difference. No more bugs in our home. We really appreciate that the technicians are on time and talked to us prior to any spraying. Both technicians have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Technician, ***************************, did a great job. Called ahead of time to announce arrival, Provided additional service requested for inside home. Was friendly and polite. Got the job done. I recommend Aptive. Never had a problem.

He listened and offered his thoughts when I told him about a recent issue we dealt with. He was truthful about what he could and couldn't help us with, e.g. stink bugs. ************** was great! He showed up timely and knew exactly what the problem was-mice. He did a very thorough inspection of the basement and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was the 3rd serviceman that was here, but the only one who figured out how the mice were getting into the house. He was very polite and also cleaned up whatever material needed to be discarded. I could not have been happier with this service call!
