Technician, ***************************, did a great job. Called ahead of time to announce arrival, Provided additional service requested for inside home. Was friendly and polite. Got the job done. I recommend Aptive. Never had a problem.

*************************** was very personable, polite, and professional. He texted to let me know he was on his way. He listened and offered his thoughts when I told him about a recent issue we dealt with. He was truthful about what he could and couldn't help us with, e.g. stink bugs. ************** was great! He showed up timely and knew exactly what the problem was-mice. He did a very thorough inspection of the basement and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was the 3rd serviceman that was here, but the only one who figured out how the mice were getting into the house. He was very polite and also cleaned up whatever material needed to be discarded. I could not have been happier with this service call!

Signed up with this company last year. They came into my house for the first treatment. The tech placed bug traps under the sink and in the basement to check activity levels. Continued to see insects and spiders throughout the house. I informed them that ********* ants were my biggest problem. I was told, "We can't guarantee extermination of ants." I wanted to end the contract but was locked in. Informed them on their chat on the website that I wanted to cancel (since the year of treatments is over). I was told it cannot be ... read more

I have been with a competitor for many years. ************************* with the ******* office did an outstanding job explaining what he was going to do, and then executing accordingly. The fact that they treat the entire yard area, not just the structure, sold me!Thank you!
