I started Aptive in June of 2021. They came about 5 times after that, last to date of 12/16/2021. I moved out of state but was still renting out the home, I'm still paying Aptive, no reason why I had to disclose this to Aptive if the current tenants are aware that Aptive is coming. News flash, Aptive did NOT reach out stating they did NOT complete and automatically charged me a cancelation fee even though I NEVER canceled. Horribly door to door soliciting, disrespectful and rude. After telling them that I was not interested and made them aware of the NO SOLICITING sign, they get mad at you. Its not their fault, is the company. I will never use a company that does not respect homeowners.

***** came out to do a re-service at my home because of ants and wasps. He was extremely thorough, asked for all the places I noticed more activity than others, and was happy to work through my entire garage, regardless of the mess I had in it. He did his job above and beyond and was happy to do so during the visit. I appreciate his service and his friendliness during the entire visit. 12/10 for *****.

This company very clearly has sales practice issues. For instance, why is it that they do door to door sales every few months in my neighborhood and violate City of Austinordinances by soliciting homes with "DO NOT SOLICIT" signs. I called the company to report it to them. But clearly, they do not get it as they come by every few months and I explain to the representative what a Do Not Solicitation sign is and the City of Austinordinance.
