Technician ******** was very attentive to detail and walked me through the procedures he was performing..very happy with this company...highly recommend
I am very happy with the service. I am not usually home when they come but I always get a note or flyer so I know they have been there and I have no spiders on my front porch - the best sign! I really appreciate their thoroughness.

**** came out today and did our initial service and wow were my expectations exceeded. The attention to detail both inside and out was impressive were I was blown away was the way he went about treating the outside areas from brushing down the *****, garage, side of the house and along the fence line and going through the patio furniture and grill area. Going through and checking the garden and flower beds was just totally impressed with the way **** went about his routine. Great start.

Haggai did an excellent job of explaining the process of what he was going to be doing and was very quick, but thorough. He arrived right on time as expected and had great customer service skills, which is a very hard thing to come by these days. So far we are very impressed with the interactions we have had with Aptive and their employees.
I spoke with a door-to-door salesman around 10am. He quoted me $70 for the service they offer. I listened to his sales pitch and kindly declined his offer. He came back at 9pm, when i wasn't home, and my wife and kids were getting ready for bed. My wife, being the nice person she is, listens to his sales pitch again and is quoted $120. The price gouging is irrelevant. A door-to-door salesman at 9pm? It's not **** anymore.The company website has no formal way to correspond with a home office.
