The young man was very well spoken, polite, and knowledgeable. The company is a bit on the expensive side, but they did what they guaranteed.
Raheem and co-worker were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job inside and out.
Professional job and explained all aspects of the service. Asked if I had any concerns.
The technician *********************** was excellent. He did a thorough job which was not easy at our property as we are under construction. He was courteous and professional.
1) Pushy salesperson, provided untrue information about what the services provide in order to secure the sale. 2) Tech showed up for first treatment and did not perform the services agreed upon. When questioned on what he applied and where, he couldnt answer the question. 3) Called the company to address and they were rude and refused to cancel account.

Service provided by ******* was prompt, professional, and friendly. The products used are working great to keep pests out of my home and garden. I've been very happy with Aptive's service since I started with them six months ago!

A young man from Aptive came to my door yesterday telling me he was working in my neighborhood (He mentioned a neighbor by name.) and was soliciting further business. I told him I was not interested. I later checked with that neighbor and he was not currently working at her home. He returned in the afternoon. I asked politely and quietly why he had returned.
