***** was great. He focused on the areas having ********** issues. He even worked around a robins nest to make sure the baby birds were okay. Very friendly & checked to make sure I was satisfied with the treatment areas.

********************* was a Aptive tech today. I was very courteous and professional. There are alot of wasps in my neighborhood. He made sure to knock down and spray all the nests. He explained everything that he had done around the house and yard.
U have used Aptive for years - at two different houses. Everyone has always been pleasant and listened well to issues needing to be addressed. Today was the best service by far by *****************************. My appt was set for ****. **** knew he was running behind and called to let me know his eta was 11:55. He asked if this was going to be ok. Absolutely - communication is key in my mind! While I had him on phone I was able to explain all issues. Absolutely the most pushy salesman ever. They do not know how to take no for an answer on their overpriced bug spray. Our neighborhood clearly has a no soliciting sign posted and he did not care one bit.
