Service was excellent as always. The technician, Adewale was incredibly thorough and handled all of our specific requests. He spent the necessary time to ensure that he did a great job. Overall, very happy with the service.
This company hires young people to walk door to door and aggressively sell their pesticides. They lie about having a job a few doors away and offering a discount if you sign up "only today." The representatives don't take "no" for an answser, they continue to talk and interrupt you when declining. I read several similar stories on Nextdoor, the only reason I opened the door was because I had a package on my porch and the representative was reading the label.
Nikye King serviced my property with utmost professionalism. Personable and knowledgeable of the products being used, he went out of his way to explain the effects of each product as he administered these on the property. He exemplified Aptive with utmost care and competence. I'd welcome him again.
****** did everything I spoke to the salesperson about and more. She really cared about my bee allergy and took extra care and time to make sure there werent any nests. She took my concerns seriously and that means everything to me.
I love Aptive! I dont have bugs in my house thanks to them! ************************* was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job on my treatment.
The salesman did not tell me all of the details about the contract I was getting into, I was disappointed when I found out, but our service person that came out was extremely kind, explained everything, apologized for the salesman and did a thorough and very excellent job. Our service technician gets five stars! I wish I could rate the salesman separately. Our technicians name was *******. I don't know my salesman's name.
