So far I've been very satisfied with your service and with all your technicians.*** has been at my place servicing his second time so I did recognize him.He represents your company well as being courteous and professional.
Very bad service. They overcharge for the very little work the do. It is extremely hard to cancel the service. The website does not have a cancel feature. If you call customer service they do not answer the calls. It is hard to believe that so many people call the customer service line that we need to hold forever.

******* did a wonderful job. I told him I was having issues with ants and mosquitos. He took care of it. We ate crabs outside and never had any issues with any insects at all. Very polite man. Love Aptive.

I am truly sick and tired of Aptive sales people coming to my door and not taking NO for an answer. I have a No Solicitation sign right next to my door **** button and they insist on coming through my gate and ignoring my sign and ringing the ****. These sales people are obnoxious and annoying. I'd call the company direct but I'd just get another one just like the one that came to the door. It seems I can't complete this form without giving them a STAR rating so I gave them a ONE STAR which is way too high.
