Very smooth process for the first treatment. Our service man **** went above and beyond to make our experience great. He even came back and checked out a couple holes around our garage and treated them for voles/mice/chipmunks. I highly recommend - 10/10!-************
Very annoying pushy sales people. Just had one come by yesterday and talk like he was already going to come by. Told him flat out I do NOT want the service, but he kept talking like I was going to sign up. Finally had to shut the door on him, which he kept talking to for a few moments after that. Nevermind the fact that apparently he's not intelligent enough to read the "NO SOLICITING" sign right next to my front door.
***** was fantastic! He showed up right on time, informed me of what he would be doing, and gave me a rundown at the end. He is a professional and Id highly recommend him.

***************************** was very polite and respectful. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns before beginning the initial application. The sales rep was also very polite and took the time to answer my questions. Although he did not mention the duration of the initial contract (18 months). I figured there was a time contact, like with other companies, so it wasn't a bother, but still good information to have been told.
