Our Aptive Technician, ****** (** *****), was very courteous and professional. When asked to treat inside, he went above and beyond where I thought he should treat and hit spots I didn't think of. He took the time to explain that since it was raining, he couldn't treat the lawn, but he would put in a ticket to have that service done at a later date free of charge. Great job, ******!!!
