****** was great. He explained what he was doing, specific to our needs. He worked efficiently and made sure that everything was done right. His communication style was great to work with. 10/10
***************************** was very polite and knowledgeable. He put on foot coverings before entering the house and reassured me the treatments would work within one to two days. I would recommend Aptive to anyone looking for a pest service. As he sprayed inside another person sprayed the outside and left signs to show the lawn and foundation had been treated. They were in and out very quickly and professionally. Thank you.
Nikye King did a great job. He explained to us the source of our fly problem and provide the proper service, killing the flys. He also did a thorough job inspecting the outside of our house. Additionally, Nikye was very personable and responded very graciously to my wife's fear of spiders.
Did not call before coming walked around my house for 10 minutes. Was setting in his truck in front of my house for 30 minutes. Must monitor the truck for how long they are at a job. Used my hose to fill his tank and left the water on. Will never recommend them. I've kill more wasps since they were here. I called and ask to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was there.
*************************************** was awesome! He called ahead of showing up and when he arrived he discussed what he would be doing and asked if I had any concerns. I had two concerns and he listened and then he honored those concerns while addressing the issues. After completing the service he checked in to ask one final time if there were any other questions or concerns while recapping what he completed. That was how to be treated as a customer, great job *****!!
******** called before coming to say he was on his way. I appreciated that as I was going into a last minute conference call so I was able to inform him of that. I asked that he make sure ******** of the fence closed properly and he did. He was courteous and understanding. Active has excellent customer service representatives as well. This is a great company that I recommend for your pest control needs.
***** was very thorough and kept me informed as he was performing the service. When he was finished, he asked if I had questions. He was very pleasant to work with.

This company was servicing my neighbor's house and yard. When I asked for details on the chemicals he was using he became very rude and belligerent telling me he didn't have time for this and used profane language. He could not come up with the **** for the chemicals and refused to stop spraying in windy conditions with the drift toward my house and open windows. This guy seemed dangerous and malicious.
