******* H- **** texted me before he arrived and then arrived and asked what specifically needed to be done. He offered complimentary services which no other technician had ever offered before and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed to keep my home bug free.
I have used Aptive for several years now, and they never disappoint. Their tech ******* has serviced our house several times and he always does a very thorough job. He asks beforehand if there are particular issues to address, and afterwards, he gives a detailed report. We haven't had trouble with unwelcome critters since we started with Aptive.
