******* B did d a wonderful job today. He reset mousetraps in our downstairs family room, pantry and laundry room. He also gave the outside of our home a thorough spray treatment. He was personable, well groomed and efficient.
****** was thorough during our appointment at our home. He was very professional and explained the treatments he was using. Would be happy to have him come to our home again NE.

This company is a scam. They did my quarterly outdoor service in the middle of a thunderstorm. Guy was wearing a rain coat and all. They refuse to refund me the $120 and refuse to re-service without charging me again. Im not going to cancel, I just won't allow them on my property ever again. I took my payment method off of my file and I have an awesome credit rating so their complaint won't hurt me none. ***************** can kiss my rear. If i ever catch them on my property, they better run!
********************************* was exceptional today servicing our home literally inside and out. on a rainy day, she was patient and did not rush through doing a wonderful job protecting our home.she pointed out areas to address to help keep unwanted pests out from caulking along door trim to spray foam our outside vinyl corners.cob webs and bee hives were eliminated and our home is always a happier place when Aptive has been here.***** G
****** and ****** did a great job today (there was another tech here, in training along with ******, but I didn't catch his name). They were beyond thorough, listened to our requests for extra attention, and were extremely considerate and courteous. We have used Aptive for over 3 years and have always had great service.

************************* went above and beyond today. Weve been a customer for years and this is the first time anyone had asked to check our garage for pests. He was also very thorough out side and double checked with us if there was anything else we needed treated. He paid special attention to remove all of our webs too. I also must mention he was super friendly and uneven help retrieve my little dog that got out. Thank you again ***** He deserves praise for sure. *****************
