***************************** does an amazing job at keeping our property pest free. He is courteous and has great attention to detail. He often identifies pest issues (spiders) that we didnt even know we had, and works on future prevention. We are so glad we switched to Aptive and even more fortunate to work with ******
My technician today was *********************, He was great. Very thorough and the best I've had . He did everything I asked and with a smile and friendly attitude. I wish all were as good as he was.
Excellent service and great product. CJ texted to let us know he was on his way and also texted photos of the job while he worked. Professional and efficient.
Very Shady - did not disclose that the 12 month contract included winter months. I signed up for the service mainly for ant control. They showed up for an appoint in the winter when there was a foot of snow on the ground. I said I did not need the service for the winter months and would resume service in the spring. They are billing me for $ ****** for treatments I did not get and did not want.

My Aptive service rep **** was terrific. He listened carefully to my concerns, and then explained the different treatments he would do inside my house to address the problems. **** was friendly & professional, and we appreciate the extra caution he displayed around our pets.
