************************* went above and beyond today. Weve been a customer for years and this is the first time anyone had asked to check our garage for pests. He was also very thorough out side and double checked with us if there was anything else we needed treated. He paid special attention to remove all of our webs too. I also must mention he was super friendly and uneven help retrieve my little dog that got out. Thank you again ***** He deserves praise for sure. *****************

I've been an aptive customer for just under a year now and all of the technicians are courteous and professional, including ************** today, ***************************. We don't have issues with spiders, ants or crickets, but we do have issues with mosquitos in the warmer months. My one ding on aptive (not the technicians) is that I don't believe the added treatments for mosquitos helps. We pay an additional $30 per visit for "specialty pests" and they only treat for mosquitos in the summer/fall months and last summer ... read more
********************* did a fantastic job servicing our home! He sprayed our entire yard, up as far as he can go in the trees, all of our foundation and siding, up along the side of our gutters and underneath our deck. He also laid a granular bait to keep new pests from entering our home. He removed all the web's he could find around our *****, window seals, doorways, and the bottom of our siding and underneath our deck. Thank you so much!
