High pressure sales, with shady terms. Said it was free, I just had to sign a paper because they were going to be working on my property. Next thing I know I'm locked into a 1-year contract. I walked around after they came and found that they didn't even do what they said they would. Spider webs were still in pathways, tons of spider webs all over, they specifically said they were going to remove those, that was the only reason I allowed the "free service". Great company, easy to work with change appointment dates and so on. The technicians are super courteous and explain everything clearly.

Aptive technician M. ******** performed the service at my home today. He was friendly, yet professional. I called the office in the morning to request service for the inside, but the technician was not aware. However, he gladly performed the service. Before he arrives, he sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. I was not home at the time, so I called to find out an ETA, he was very accommodating and told me to take my time getting home. A job and service well done!

Very happy customer for a couple of years now. ****** did a great job for me yesterday. He made sure to provide new glue strips for an area that needed it and made sure that all my concerns were addressed.
*************************** provided the treatment to my home on Wednesday 3-16-22. He provided advance notice, contacted us when he was done, and even provided pictures of areas he treated. Very professional.
**** performed our Aptive service and was thorough and very professional. He introduced himself, explained the service and asked if we had any particular needs. He then provided advice on what we could also do to eliminate insect issues.
