Technician was very friendly and professional. He explained everything about what he was doing.
They only care about money . Was charged for a service they said they did but the day they said they did it it rained all day . Next service day nobody showed up either . Would have been charged again for a non service but I complained only to be told they canceled that day and will be out next month . No email to me saying they canceled as I waited all day to ask about the service they did not do in the rain but was charged for . This company, is supposedly treating our insects in ********* in January and now again in March. We have a Video of their worker walking around our house with a stick in his hand pretending to treat our property. He spent a whole 3 min. At our home. Now they want to treat our property again in March. The January treat was supposedly treated on Jan 24th the temperature outside below freezing. This company is a complete waste of money.
We have been using Captive for many years and have had no bad experiences. ************** Da'mon ****** was courteous, explained what he was going to do and thanked us at the end of the service.
We have been using Aptive Environmentals service for over 2 years now. They are very thorough in combating the insects around our home barge Service Tech always calls in advance and asks if there are any other issues to be addressed.
