He did a thorough sweep so everything looked nice and clean and then sprayed around the whole house before re-filling the bait box in *************. Very pleased with his work. We have not had issues with pests since we use Aptive.

I canceled the service, yet a service technician showed up 1 month later. Billed me for a service that i did not wish to receive. Ive spent 4 months now trying to have the account refunded. Their customer service is less then helpful and has actually hung up on me. Terrible not worth the money.
