******* was very friendly and made sure to inform me of the services she would be providing and ask about any additional needs, which she addressed.Overall, Aptive has certainly helped to eliminate pests, particularly spiders which we had a lot of previously.We did recently have an issue with ants, but as promised they sent someone out between services to directly address the issue at no additional cost.
