Never answer their phones; no-show on scheduled dates or arrive very late! Spiders are worse than ever! Now we have hornets in the treated areas along with various spiders! Tried to get service but to no avail. The only time we hear from them is when our quarterly bill is due! We are cancelling effective immediately. What a waste of money!
I have been a customer for about 2 years just getting quarterly service, no complaints. For the last 4 days I have been trying to reach Aptive to schedule the removal of a hornets nest outside my home. I have called no less than 10 times and nobody pics up the phone except for 1 call that got disconnected and nobody called me back. CLEAR AS DAY- "No Soliciting" sign right above my doorbell. THANKS FOR INTERRUPTING MY WORK WEBINAR BY RINGING MY DOORBELL and getting my dogs worked up while I am on a work call. I don't care that you're services are 70% discounted today. You clearly have no respect and will never get our business.
false business practices, bad customer service, don't want anymore service, but aptive is still trying to bill me for cancelling, Never signed a contract and Aptive is trying to say we did.
Rude, Super Pushy sales guys, ignore no soliciting signs, and do not wear masks. Customer service is terrible, and not available once you start services. Would not recommend, Ever.
Just had one of your reps violate a No Soliciting sign and knock on my door. This is criminal trespass under Texas law and affirmed in the courts. Train your people please. He also had his mask off in violation of city order.
I am your current customer. The representative who was doing the door to door campaign gave us an yearly contract offer and we accepted it. Only the first service happened. For the second service, no one turned up. Yet they billed me as they only take autopay option for payment. I called them and they rescheduled the second visit. I waited for them the whole day.
