Kina provided excellent service today. She tackled the yellow jacket nest above the front door without hesitation in addition to the regular service. Kina was very professional and friendly. Great service. thank you.
I don't know the service pro's name that came by yesterday, but she was very courteous, friendly, and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend.

Paul did a wonderful job of addressing an ant problem we had developed in our home. He patiently explained the process he was using and how it worked. As with all the Aptive Techs who have made service calls, Paul was professional and efficient. Bernard W.

Chad the sales guy was quick. I told him we were heading out in 15 minutes. He told me what they would do how many times and what it would cost. We were gone when the technician came so we didn’t see him apply the application but when we got home 2 days later all the spider webs were gone so we know they did the dirty work. If by fall all the ants and spiders have disappeared we’ll know their product works. Right now I’m a happy customer.
Austin was great at selling the service. He was patient and honest. Knew a lot about what we needed. Didn’t oversell Services. Austin even helped me with a quick project lol when he saw me struggling during our time. It was awesome. Jerry was very thorough and respectful when he came to spray.
Love these guys!! Pet friendly and always super polite when they come. I especially love knowing that our home and pets are protected from bugs. 🐜 have been invading our home and we have tried everything to get rid of them for 10 years. In 3 treatments they have been drastically reduced.
