Shannon Lin came out to do our second service. He was on time (early) and did a very thorough job. He found points of entry for a mouse into our crawl space which the previous service tech had not. He was very polite and helpful and answered all of my questions. I hope he will be the one to do future service visits for us!
Kina came to do our quarterly service. She explained what the treatment plan was and asked if we had any requests or concerns. She was very professional and informative!
I decided to use Aptive preventatively but then the first time I got pests (Carpenter Bees and later in the year a few bugs eating one of my bushes) was when I had Aptive servicing my property. I had to remove (poison) them myself. When I then wanted to cancel my account early Aptive didn't want to do it. So they will take your money but they won't provide much service overall and then don't even let you out of the contract...
Taylor was out on Friday. She was friendly and knew what she was doing. Left me with a couple of recommendations that I greatly appreciated getting. I have lived here for 23 years and living above a wetlands get critters that I’d rather not, thanks to Aptiva the last year has been much better.
Fast efficient service and great people. Alex was here today and was very nice, re-baited the rat bait boxes and did a great job. I would recommend this company and their great people.
James was on time, very courteous and made sure he targeted all areas of concern before leaving. I’m very happy with Aptive and their service technicians.
Jose did a great job! Big problem with ants and he sprayed around the entire home and also inside.
Dallon was friendly and professional in dealing with our pest problems.
