An individual claiming to represent this company just rang my doorbell. He was not wearing a mask. He tried to engage me in a sales pitch, didn't stop talking when I said I wasn't going to talk to him (from safely inside behind a locked screen door), and I actually had to shut the door to make him go away. Let me repeat this: he's selling something door-to-door during a global pandemic and not wearing a mask. Who does that?
Worst experience ever. No one answers phone, techs have broken equipment, they miss times or can't fit your schedule. They have missed service this month and it's only my second service. No follow up to see how their products work. It's all BS, come see the spiders at my house.
TERRIBLE! I normally don't do reviews but these guys were that awful! Told us they were going to spray yard for fleas and ticks and never did! Customer service was impossible to get a hold of. THEN THE BEST PART! SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED SCARED MY KIDS TO DEATH! THEN LEFT OUR GATE OPEN SO MY EXPENSIVE HUNTING DOG ESCAPED AND WAS ALMOST HIT BY A CAR! BUT THE REAL REASON FOR GATE IS TO KEEP MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD SAFE! NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Terrible company. No customer service.
The WORST company to work with. We had two no-shows (Our first supposed follow-up appointment) and the loyalty manager was aggressive and unprofessional. They came door to door in our neighborhood (Sneaking through the gates) that explicitly states no soliciting, but I wanted to give them a chance. I'm extremely sorry that I did. I could never recommend this company.
Don't ring a doorbell if the house has a sign that says "NO SOLICITING!"
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Current Customer Support!!!!! I have been a customer of Aptive for over 2 years. Last week I discovered a large wasp next in my garage and a spider nest in my family room. I called to get service, stayed on the phone for 45 min. finally my call was answered. The person on the phone was nice, scheduled me for the next day at 6:00 pm for service as this was basically an emergency. Complete disaster. These guys don’t show up for service. Customer Care no one picks up. Beware of this scam!!!!’
You should have told me that your service was not compatible with fish. We have a pond with large koi in it and you can't spray our back area. Spiders are all over the place since you sprayed the front and sides of our home.
