I am your current customer. The representative who was doing the door to door campaign gave us an yearly contract offer and we accepted it. Only the first service happened. For the second service, no one turned up. Yet they billed me as they only take autopay option for payment. I called them and they rescheduled the second visit. I waited for them the whole day. A sales rep for this company came to our door at 8:45PM and rang the doorbell multiple times. He then proceeded to stand on our porch directly by the door (no mask, no social distancing) and start to pitch us a service we did not need. We politely declined multiple times and he kept talking. I called and spoke to them about this directly. Their sales practices need to change drastically during pandemic times. This was unacceptable, uncomfortable, and unsafe in my opinion.
Recommended6/20 Andrew Duquette did a comprehensive excellent job for our home and lawn, leaving detailed notes to me. I would like to see if everything works fine, while Andrew highlighted he will come back for free if I have any concern. Thanks, Andrew.
Slam your door and run away as fast as you can!!! Christopher was an outstanding salesman, he said this company was nothing like those other piss poor services, so we signed up. The technician came out for the initial service and was very prompt, however, it was raining so we rescheduled for the next week. We received a phone call with our appointment date and am appointment window. That time came and went so we called in and was told our appointment was for later that afternoon. Gwen was so incredible with her communication and professionalism. I am still working as a nurse, so working with my schedule and when I could be home was a challenge. I feel fully informed about everything done!
5/21/2020 Casey from Aptive came to my home. He called me 30 to 45 minutes before he arrived, well within the two hour window. He was very friendly but distanced well. We discussed my reasons for him coming out. He checked and treated all around the outside of my house and around the property. I feel comfortable with what he did and can call if I need him to return. Thanks Casey, Sincerely Randy F
Your sales guy ignored my No Soliciting sign. Even after I pointed it out. This rudeness makes me less likely to ever use your service.
Alexandria and Aiden did an awesome job today. I told them had been seeing spiders and Aiden said they took care of several nests of spiders. Alexandria said there were a couple of areas for mice and they took care of those areas. I feel both of them are valued employees and very courteous and professional
