Just started the service so really can’t tell how well it’s going to work. The technician explained what he was doing. He was efficient and seemed to do a good job.
have used them for almost 2 years I dont know what has happend but they suck they set up a time to come out then don't show up tell 5 hours later. they then come out to do there job and didnt do it they only did half I call and they say oh sorry I'll send some out in 2 days to do it they come out and finish ok so at least its done then to my supprise they charged me for both time full charge for both didnt there supposed to come out every 1/4 and spray and will come back out as many times as needed so I dont understand charg... read more

Excellent service. Go above and beyond. Wasp nest to high during regular service, a quick follow up with a ladder is scheduled. Honest inspection
They listened Carefully to our problems w the previous exterminator, and so far, appear to have addressed the CA they agreed to.

worst company ever. I signed up to get their service. I picked between 520 and 720 for them to come out. I got home just after 5 to see they left their card and charge me for the service. THEY DIDNT DO A DARN THING. they didnt knock down webs or spray. There was no way they did the back yard as my gate doesnt open from the outside. they were supposed to look inside my home and since I wasn't home that didnt happen. now I cant get ahold of anyone to refund me and cancel.
