Really happy I signed up for their service. Every technician has been super communicative and they are easy to get hold of too.
Went above and beyond. Even gave me great idea to purchase tiki torches and citronella oil when I mentioned I was hosting a backyard bbq to ward off mosquitoes. I used those and citronella candles. It worked great!

Jeremiah is knowledgeable and professional. I give Jeremiah 5 stars!! The person that was supposed to come last night was not professional and should have came to the door or called to let us know it was too dark to do the initial application thus the lower ratings.
Daryl was our service provider today and he was excellent. He took time to understand what the issues were in our home and also took time to explain what we might be doing to be contributing to our bug issues and what we can do to change that. He educated me on the bug issues we were dealing with which I appreciated. He was warm and friendly and also professional. He was thorough with his inside treatment as well. I highly recommend Aptive for their solid customer service as well as expertise on extermination.
