Jonathon Hampton was the Aptive tech. Very knowledgeable & personable. Have always recd top service experience
We called Aptive for an "extra" visit re. a wasp problem. Danzel Campbell, the technician, arrived promptly, listened/followed me around as I pointed out the problem areas. He treated the entire outside area and removed several wasp nests. He gave me an update before he left. Very polite and professional.
Julio Hernandez did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to be doing, and how their service was environmentally friendly. He was very friendly and helpful. Besides that, Aptive was very economical, compared to other local pest control services.
Kevin N did a great job. Came after hours, showed up on time, and very quickly resolved our pesky ant problem.

The Aptive man who came to my house was super. He went around the entire house, including my deck, and took care of several wasp nests up high. Then he volunteered to come in and treat the basement if I wanted him to. I agreed and he treated the entire basement. He was courteous, affable, and very professional. I have only nice things to say about Izak! He was timely, incredibly courteous and professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the services being provided! Here was very flexible with working around other workers that were painting the outside of my home and even suggested coming back out when they were finished to complete some of the things needed as he didn't want to cause anyone an inconvenience. 5 stars all the way!!
