Wanted to let you know that Aptive Pest Service sent Nikkolas (Nick) Hetrick to do Bug & Pest Control service on my house. Nick did a very thorough job servicing our house located next to a Golf Course, where others have fallen short getting the job done. Knick did everything he was supposed to do and more. Izak came to our home on June 1st. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained the process and followed my husband everywhere inside and out and took care of all the areas that we were concerned about. We are very pleased with the service that we have received with Aptive.
This application was an interim visit on our quarterly contract. The visit was multifaceted and we were impressed with the thoroughness on the call. Arianna Worley did a excellent job in dealing with all our issues
Nick Hetrick did a very good job. He listened to us in regards to all the areas we are having issues, took the time to explain to us what he was doing, what he was using and then explained why the process works. He told us about the spider eggs he found on our deck and any other issues he found found as well. He was quick and no smell when he came inside and sprayed baseboards. We were very happy.
Tyree did a great job. Although the office did not give him instruction to bring a different spray out than before, he was able to comply with what he had with him.
Izak Salinas arrived on scheduled time, introduced himself, told me what he was going to do, and asked if I had any areas inside the house to be serviced. He covered all areas in a professional and timely manner. Don B

Great job Daniel. It was winter and cold we and didn't think we needed service outside but Daniel found spider eggs under the deck and elimated them and treated our attic for silverfish that we have seen. Professional, courteous and knowledgable.
