Technicians Kendall and James have both done excellent work protecting house, garden and lawn from insects. They were both very helpful and very courteous!
Dakota has been really great - he pays special attention to the areas we like to spend time in outside - our deck, fire pit and hot tub areas. That means so much to us since we mostly entertain outside these days. Very professional - and such a nice guy. We’re really happy with Aptive - and Dakota is a huge part of why!
Dee did a great job! He found a bees nest in my compost I wasn’t even aware existed. If there were 10 stars instead of 5 stars, I would give him a 10! Thank you Dee!
The technician, Joe was thorough and double-checked if there were other needs/concerns we were having as he wanted to be sure to address any of those. He was helpful in informing us of how we can obtain services in between treatments, if needed. Appreciated his professionalism and intent to provide the best service possible.
DeAndre did everything to take care of insect pests and even allowed me to stick my head out a couple times to ask "Can you take care of this, too?" He did and explained everything about bait and holes where rats might be entering under the deck and voles vs moles. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.
The technician, Donald, was very polite and informative. He gave me a call before he arrived so I had a heads up, and he followed up with me after he completed the service. He had answers and suggestions for my problem areas. Really liked his service and attitude.
Fredrick did an awesome job and covered our entire house and lawn areas. A good sized wasp nest was in a difficult eave to reach - over 25 feet but Fredrick got the nest without a ladder. Excellent work!
