It was difficult getting a service person to my house, but once he came, he was great. Russell Newton-Hatcher did the most thorough treatment than I have ever seen. We have the service from Aptive; no one has been as thorough than he. He was prompt to the minute. Very grateful.

I can hardly believe the wonderful customer service this company provides. I called on a holiday weekend after 5 on a friday. I thought for sure no one would get back to me until tuesday (Labor day weekend) The next morning someone was at my door.!!!
