Fredys was great. Very pleasant and ready to go the extra mile to make sure my service experience was the best. He listened to my treatment wants and wishes and explained what he would be doing to accomplish the job. He was very thorough. I asked about a wasp nest on my deck and he said he would take care of it. He actually found 3! We're new customers of Aptive Environmental. We received our second pest control treatment yesterday (7/27/17). Our service technician was Steve Ross. He did a completely thorough and professional job, which was very much to our satisfaction. We saw evidence today that the chemicals are working.
