Jeremy and harris came to my house for my second quarterly service today. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and i are both very impressed and happy with our decision to use aptive for our pest control needs!
I've been a customer of another Pest Control company for 10+ years, but due to the professionalism of the kid that came to the door (Matt) I decided to make a switch. I was not disappointed when my Tech (Mike) arrived for my appointment. He was prompt, courteous, and very mindful of my time and was at ease with my dogs.
Cat was very informative, courteous, and respectful. She let me know what she saw while servicing my lawn, and what to expect in the future and tidbits of the formula. If everyone is as helpful as her, my first year with Aptive will be great!
Jeremy came today 6/6/16 for my first quarterly treatment. He found a wasp nest in the porch flood light and also a mud dobber nest; he zapped both of them for me and did an extra ant treatment in the garage. Matt came for the initial treatment on 5/7/16 and did a great job as well. Both young men were very professional, friendly and polite. Please give both Matt and Jeremy a WOW.
Jeremy explained everything to me about the products they use and how they work. I am so happy to have a pest control company that does things right!
Mike arrived promptly as scheduled, then proceeded to explain everything he was going to do and encouraged any questions I had about treatment. He was friendly, professional and did not shy away from any questions that we had. He encouraged us to call if we have any problems in the future, as their service is guaranteed.
Ernesto and Mike showed up on time, and were very friendly and informative. They were respectful of my time and my property, and were very professional. Ernesto let my 6-year-old son show him where all of the spider webs were around the house, and even swept his playground set and treehouse!
Jeremy did an excellent job! He explained everything and even made sure my kids' hamsters stayed safe. Thanks, Eric V.
Kurtis R. was right on time explained what he was going to do. Kurtis did a great job letting me know about each product what it was for. He went over any safety concerns I had for our dog and family. I was very happy with the service we received.
