I had a vintage ring that belonged to my grandmother. The stones are beautiful but the elaborate setting wasn't to my taste. I approached Lillie with the idea of putting the stones into a new, more wearable ring that was more 'me' After a conversation and sending me a digital design I went ahead.....and couldn't be happier. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, I was charged a reasonable price and I'm delighted with my ring. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this store enough. I wanted to add a diamond to my existing engagement ring and I had asked in quite a few places including the store i bought my ring from and they said i have to remake the ring. Lillie from the start was really patient and answered my every query and was really prompt with her messages. Much love to the entire team for creating my vision to reality

Apsley and Heron made my friends and I a personalised lapel pin for a friend of mine the time frame was sensitive and all I gave them was an AI generated idea, the communication was brilliant, price was fair and the finished product amazing. When I called to check progress due to the busyness of Christmas they posted next day to make sure it was here on time. Thank you it was all very well received!
