I have had one of the worst experiences at State Farm In ******* **, their customer services rep/ supervisor and an license agent!!! provided me with a quote that was inaccurate and this was such an unfortunate and difficult situation! I am very dissatisfied with the services that I have received. On Memorial day 2022 I was in a serious car accident. Sitting at a light a gentleman who was allegedly suffering a seizure traveling 50 miles an hour came out of nowhere and smashed into my car head on. I suffered a fractured neck, fractured back, broken wrist, broken ankle, broken femur bone in 2 places in my left leg and was knocked unconscious. I've been an insured longer than with any company. I'm horribly disappointed in their back office customer service which is basically nonexistent. When my agent makes changes to my policy it takes forever & they start sending emails that make no sense that no 1 can explain. My agent says 1 thing, back office says something else. I switched my auto policy because I was just tired of the "we don't know" from the back office because agents don't work on weekends. Why I don't know, they should. They denied a claim due to their inability to contact their client who admitted to hitting my wife who was stopped at a light. We are filing a complaint. They have become a scummy company. Proceed with caution.

This insurance company, said my policy would go from $80 to $300 a month, some kinda of lie! No insurance has ever done that!

THE WORST! State Farm, who is supposed to help US THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THEM TO INSURE US… ignore court documents!!!! Signed by a judge and are certified , so they can appease the big guys!! If I could give zero starts I would . Avoid State Farm insurance. At the beginning of April pipes burst inside my wall. I called State Farm and notified them that I was waiting on a plumber to arrive. Nothing was leaking under my sink but my floors was saturated in water . I called 10 plumbers whom ever came first had the job . The next day plumber came out . He stated he didn’t see any water leaking under sink he had to go through the wall, he did . BAIT AND SWITCH !!! That's exactly what the tech said to me!! Oh NOOOO! We don't bait and switch!!! I can't believe how CRIMINAL!!!! The quote I had Previous of State Farm was the same. I only switched for the BUNDLE!!!!! 6 M0NTHS later, up $385. I WAS BAITED, THEY PULLED THE OLD SWITCHEROO!!! WHEN EXACTLY DO THE CRIMINALS ACTUALLY PAY?????? Sincerely sick to my stomach, SHERI M
