State Farm has been the WORST company to deal with when it comes to getting paid out in a claims (Not at Fault )! today marks day day 36 from the accident!! Have yet to receive a check. Their process and lack of communication amongst their “agents” is Non existing! I would put zero stars if possible. They are a scam company that only has an objective too take your money and then not pay out. One of their customers ran into me 3 months ago, and it took them Two months too realize that it Is totaled and then doesn't want too pay for the storage fees or rentals car cost. Even though it is their fault for not dealing with the claim quicker. If you want too be scammed out of money and time, state farm is the perfect company too use. I was the victim of a home invasion nearly 4 months ago, In which everything I owned was stolen. Since then Ive had to live out of a motel room, as my apartment is no longer safe. My renters insurance claim is STILL "in review". Phone calls aren't answered and emails aren't returned. I'm just about ready to hire an attorney

I wish everyone had it as easy as it was for me, dealing with taking care of my car claim. The only hiccup was dealing with the rental car company, *****, I had taken my car to the shop that afternoon and my claim agent said ***** will pick you up in roughly 4 hours. I then called the ***** and the person who answered said that there will be no pickup until tomorrow! ive made more phone calls dealing with my situation than state farm has.was hit by a person who ran a red light,had no insurance,and an ex con who was arrested on sight.was told they would call me at 5:30 that afternoon on a sunday to set up a tow.turns out they are closed at that time on sunday, completely understandable.but why would the guy schedule an appt when they are closed?!?!talked to my agent the following day to get process going and get a tow.2 days later car is still there,called claims and they forgot to do som... read more

State farm only want you to pay premium. And do nothing when are happen. They never told me how many time I can use the roadside service in a period of time when I sign up. One day they sent me a letter saying that I used roadside service TOO MANY times over the last two years. So they suspended it. Very cheap and unprofessional company !!!!

State Farm refused to renew my car insurance due to two accidents (health reasons). I was the only person involved in these incidents. No injuries. No other incidents in 23 years of driving. State Farm informed my agent last minute (policy expired) that this was their final decision they made through an appeals process. We have been waiting weeks for their decision. Sate farm is the worst insurance company I have ever had. Took out a temporary disability policy and had to use it for back surgery being out of work for almost 5 months and they denied me. They said it was a preexisting condition which was a lie. Done all the foot work for them and they treated me like a nobody. They have to return all the money to me that I've paid. Don't trust these snakes because they lie and will bite you in the end.

Worst out there! Goes against state matching laws, stalls as long as they can, just to name a few things. We show proof of damage, non match, unable to get even a "close" match the still deny. Leave out code irems they know they have to cover, just another stall tactic or to see if anyone notices. Rely on people not having time, knowledge,energy or money to get what they pay for, for years with their premiums. Disgusting.
