I have been with apria for over 12years and I don't know what has happened in the last year but there machines for O2 really sucks.Some of their tech. That come to your house are jokes and make you feel like you are stupid. I have one delivery man that is awesome and that cares his name is Ryan and the people who have him are blessed. After a billing run around and being told I don’t have insurance when I do ... today I was asked on the phone if my birth year was 63 or 1963. Really??
Apria is absolutely the worst company I've delt with. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Can't call my local apria office all calls route to a call center where English is a foreign language. Ihave to drive 50+ miles (round trip) to their office only to be met with hostility and push back and therapist not listening and pushing supplies on you. Talking over you and putting words in your mouth etc.. Avoid apria at all costs they're garbage
The customer service is horrible. It is the worst I have ever seen. I will never do business with this organization again.
On Aug 7th I met Will (Bio Tab) at NCMC Rehab to receive a demo on the pneumatic lymphedema pump. I asked how much the unit would cost me. He said "Apria hasn't contacted you yet? The machine malfunctioned on 8/11. I couldn't use it until 8/16 when Mylan(Bio Tab) did a hard reset. 8/16 I call Apria spoke the someone named Heather she said my total was 806.38. I paid 806.38 ck#4211 on 9/16. No where on my statement does it say this is a rental. On September 29th the pump malfunctioned again on my arm and I was done. I called ... read more
Worst at everything...Over billing..., dropped calls...Their whole system needs an overhaul. Maybe a class action lawsuit might get them to get their act together
Horrendous customer service, lousy computerized phone routing, excessive billing errors, sent to collections after insurance paid completely, continue to receive unsolicited supplies.
By closing up shop.NO ONE LIKES YOU. EVERYONE HATES YOU. YOUR REPS LIE. THEY TOOK FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM ME FOR AN OBSOLETE MACHINE'S SO CALLED MAINTENANCE FEE. I TELL EVERYONE I CAN DO NOT USE APRIA BECAUSE THEY SUCK
My mom has a stroke a month ago and is not been taking care. Worse costumer service ever.�
