They literally saved the day! Accurate logo is accurate: these guys (and gals) are appliance HEROES! After a terrible experience with a competitor, Rob was friendly, professional and very thorough. It was also quite affordable. I'd recommend you guys to everyone!
Ron Davis showed up right on time. He quickly assessed the problem with my fridge, replaced the fan and repaired a crack. My fridge is now keeping my ice tea very cold. Ron was very courteous and efficient. Thanks Ron!
Rob was a great techician. He found and solved the problem with our refrigerator not staying cool very quickly. He inspected the freezer as well, and found the fan had been installed wrong. Also, I like that Appliance Guys gives a window, then calls ahead when they are on their way. I am a renter and the property managers cover the cost, so I can't comment on that. However, we thought Rob was excellent and highly reccommend him and this service as it was so easy to work with them and fix our problem.
I have used Appliance Guys 3 times, each time the service level is exceptional. They are professional, always arrive on time and wear booties when walking on my wood floors. We highly recommend Appliance Guys!
The pump went out on our washing machine and I got a same day visit from Ron. He did a quick fix and got the new pump put in the next day. Primo service and nice guys too!
Ron Davis came out earlier than his anticipated time (he called to say he was running a bit behind). Once he got to our house, he quickly went to work to asses the problem with our drier and found that part that needed replacement. He said that it was recommended that the 2 other switches be replaced at the same time and he offered me the price and the option. I took him up on it, and I should be good to go for a while! I would describe his work as efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous! Thanks, Ron!
The most pleasant appliance repair experience I have ever had. I no longer fear an appliance breaking and having to find someone to repair it ... this company is now my go-to. From the office staff I spoke with to Glenn, who repaired our dryer, I was impressed at every step ... honesty and integrity clearly come through in their work and interactions.
Excellent service by Brandon T. Did a great job. Very knowledgeable. Was able to fix my ice maker. I am going to use him again in the near future to install a new garbage disposal. I highly recommend this company. Found them on Angies List with very high ratings.
