Easy, they did all the work as far as scheduling and had my machine fixed quickly.
We had had troubles with our refrigerator/freezer. Checked with several appliance repair shops, but the Appliance Guys (actually a gal) answered all my questions, set up an appointment for a timely repair. Ron came out, knew exactly what was needed from the start, and repaired our freezer in a very short time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, answering our questions while he worked. I would recommend Appliance Guys to anyone with an appliance repair need. Thank You!!
Amazing customer service and quick turn around. Patrick was literally in and out of our house in 5 minutes after fixing our fridge door...a problem we have been trying to fix ourselves for over a month.
Ron Davis was amazing. Showed up on time, figured out the issue very quickly and fixed it. Left everything very clean. I have never had an issue with Appliance Guys and they are always extremely nice.

Brandon came by yesterday to replace the heating element in our oven. He did the best job! He was on time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! He had the part in his truck and was finished in no time. I thought the amount charged was fair and I love when a job is done right the first time. Brandon went above and beyond to be helpful and answer my questions. I will definitely be calling Appliance Guys in the future, and will tell all my friends about the great service I received!
