First-rate customer service, both over the phone and here at the house. Due to Sean's expertise we were able to keep a minor issue minor and the oven works better than it has in a while!
We had a service call a little while back. I appreciated that the young man who scheduled us was able to get an earlier appointment for us to save us time during the day. The service tech was very professional and helpful in diagnosing the issue. I later contacted the office for advice on what brand to buy and we have been very pleased with our new Maytag washer.
